First Semiconductor Technology (FST) was established in 1998 to serve the semiconductor test needs of Santa Clara Valley. The ISO 9001:2000 certified facility includes a 12,000 square foot environmentally controlled and ESD protected test floor.
FST offers Verigy 93000/83000 and LTX Fusion MX testers rental specifically suited for the development of high speed digital, mixed-signal, and RF test solutions. Our staff provide complete services for test program development, test pattern conversion, load board design and production testing.
